| | Order Process Ordering
- Decide on the design
- Click on "add to basket button". Change the quantity to however many you would like to order. If you are only ordering 1 item then continue to pay.
- If you'd like to add matching items click "continue shopping" and keep adding until you are ready to confirm your order. Then click on the "View Basket" button.
- Follow the instructions on screen to add your details and pay. We use Pay Pal, which means you can pay securely using your credit or debit card.
What next?- You will receive a confirmation email for the payment.
- Within the next 2 days you will receive an email asking for your wedding details, and wording choice. Please see our wording and samples pages for help.
- Once we receive you reply we will send you a pdf proof of your items, complete with the personalised details.
- You check all the text thoroughly, as mistakes can not be changed once the items have gone to print.
- Make any changes you require, we will send a new proof. Once you are completely happy, let us know and we will place the print order.
Delivery- Items form the Designer range will take approximately 2 weeks from the date of artwork sign off. (Pearl range may take 3 weeks.)
- Items from the Handmade range will take approximately 12 weeks from the date of artwork sign off.
